Bourse Fees
- For first table on contract $330; additional tables per contract are $305 each.
- Single Table: Includes one eight-foot front table, one eight-foot backup table, four chairs, one electrical outlet and two dealer badges.
- Premium corner $625; mid-aisle corner $525, an economy back corner $425.
- Corner Table: Includes two eight-foot front tables, one eight-foot backup table, six chairs, one electrical outlet and three dealer badges. Refer to the attached Floor Plan for location of Corner Table categories. Please Note: Availability of corner tables is limited.
- Display cases can be rented for $20 each in advance or at the show. (as supplies last)
- Lights can be rented for $10 each in advance or at the show. (as supplies last)
A deposit of half the total table fee is due with the return of the application; applications returned without either the 50% deposit or full payment will not be processed (i.e., tables will not be reserved). The balance of table fee is due by May 31, 2025. Entrance to the bourse floor for setup will not be allowed until table fees are paid in full.

Terms and Conditions
As of July 25, 2017, dealers are no longer required to collect NC sales tax on retail sales of coins, paper money or bullion; books and supplies remain taxable. Registration with the NC DOR remains in effect, however, and can be completed online or via mail.
Assigned table(s) may not be resold, rented, sublet or otherwise re-assigned without the written consent of the Bourse Chair.
The undersigned may share his table space with one (1) additional independent dealer with the prior consent of the Bourse Chair. (Note: Corner tables cannot be shared unless at least one additional table is reserved.) The undersigned assumes all responsibility, financial or otherwise, for all transactions conducted by such independent dealer and/or any other persons within his/her table space and recognizes by signing this application that others have the right to rely on this representation.
For security purposes, only dealers and authorized assistants wearing a badge will be permitted behind tables. Badges are specific to a registered dealer/assistant and are not transferable; they are not to be shared with or loaned to others.
Any dealer at the Expo offering for sale any counterfeit or altered numismatic or philatelic items may be dismissed from further participation in the Expo and may be barred from future Expos sponsored by the Raleigh Coin club. All replicas, copies, restrikes, etc. must be clearly marked as such and advertised to potential buyers as such.
The Raleigh Coin Club reserves the right to restrict the sale of material which it deems to be contrary to the benefit of the Expo and its attendees, and shall remove such items without recourse.
Dealers or their representatives that conduct themselves in a manner deemed to be detrimental to the benefit of the Expo or who violate the provisions of this agreement will be subject to expulsion from the Expo without recourse.
Security is provided for the convenience of the dealers and attendees. The Raleigh Coin Club and the North Carolina State Fairgrounds will not be responsible for any losses, theft or damage, which occurs before, during or after participation in the Expo. Dealers are required to have and are solely responsible for providing their own insurance.
Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be given if a cancellation request is received by the Bourse Chair prior to May 16, 2022. NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations received May 17, 2022 or later.
This application is subject to acceptance by the Bourse Chair and the availability of space. All applications will be acknowledged. Every attempt will be made to assign a returning dealer the same location as the previous show. The Bourse Chair reserves the right to make adjustments.
Table covers are not included with rental of table(s).
The North Carolina State Fairgrounds does not allow smoking or pets within the Exposition Center.
